We are very happy with our experience with Builder’s Fireplace. We were looking to convert our wood burning fireplace to gas. After being pitched more expensive products with longer lead times elsewhere, we decided to drive a little further to Builder’s Fireplace. They asked us about our needs and gave us plenty of options to consider. We were able to schedule a gas line home inspection within a week and less than a week after that we now have a beautiful log set, just in time for the holidays! Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Builder’s did a great job with our fireplace replacement they installed during a recent remodel. Pete and his team assessed our space, advised on options, and guided us to the Napoleon model that worked for us. Builder’s seamless coordination with our contractor made the process efficient, and Pete personally visited after the job was done to do final set up and provide usage/maintenance instructions. We’re very pleased with the result!

Called them on Friday of memorial weekend 3mins before close (not knowing) looking for a breeo firepit. They had what I wanted and worked with me after closing so I could get it before the holiday weekend (as they'd be closed). Great service!!
