Terms of Service

Welcome to Builder’s Fireplace Company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which we provide our products and services. By placing an order, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Payment Terms
Approved Contractors

Net 30 days from the date of invoice.
All Other Customers

50% deposit required before products are ordered and work begins.

Remaining 50% due at rough-in completion, prior to the final visit.

Payment in full at the start of the project is also acceptable.

Credit card (3% service charge applies)

ACH bank transfer (1% service charge applies)
2. Scheduling & Completion

Start dates depend on product availability and scheduling.

We may reschedule due to weather, product delays, or other unforeseen events.
3. Customer/Builder Responsibilities

Ensure the installation site is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

Delays caused by inaccessibility or site issues may result in rescheduling and/or added charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before product ordering may be eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees.

Once non-custom products have been ordered, cancellations may incur restocking fees, shipping costs, or be subject to manufacturer return policies.
- Once an order for custom products has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold.

No additional warranties, express or implied, are offered behind the manufacturer’s coverage.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or third-party alterations.
6. Changes of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
